Greetings,
I'm a 46 year old medical transcriptionist and emergency services dispatcher in Texas.
I am interested in pen pals and e-mail friendships, and hope to correspond with others.
I enjoy reading, writing occasionally, watching movies, and music. My favorite book genres are history, historical fiction, fantasy, paranormal, and historical and paranormal romances. I enjoy watching movies, mainly action, romance, some drama and historical movies.
My latest project is learning Japanese and I'm hoping to find someone that I can correspond with, that can help me learn Japanese and I would be happy to help them learn English.
I'm also starting to watch Japanese movies, mainly action and period pieces, although right now, I'm limited to movies with English subtitles. My hope is that I will eventually become proficient enough in Japanese to watch them without the subtitles, as there are a lot of movies that I want to see, but there are not available with subtitles, so I can't understand them at this time.
My musical tastes lean towards classical rock, New Age, instrumentals, and soundtracks.
